Refund Policy

CurlyArrows Refund Policy

There is no refund for the premium subscription. If you cannot access the Premium Account within 24 hours due to technical or administrative errors from our side, you can request a refund. 

Please send us the following information while requesting a refund.
1) Date of the Transaction
2) Copy of the Invoice (As received in email) 

Please note that refunds will not be granted if you have accessed the premium content as part of the subscription. When the order is refunded, we will remove your account from CurlyArrows, and the money will be transferred to your account within one week of approval.
